I was born in Pinehurst, North Carolina and attended NC State University. I worked with a Fortune 500 company for 35 years. I held a number of marketing positions that included strategic planning, international marketing, sales management and I attended Wharton's Executive Development Program.
During my career, I lived in Savannah for a number of years and fell in love with the Georgia coast--I moved to St. Simons in 1999. Since returning to Georgia, I have become active in the community: I am a member and Elder of the St. Simons Presbyterian Church, serve on the board of the St. Simons Rotary Club and the board of the St. Simons Public Library Foundation. And, I was the Executive Director of the St. simons Land Trust from September 2001 until January 2003. Under my direction, the Trust hired its initial staff, secured its first conservation easement and greatly increased the membership.
My professional experience and my love of the Golden Isles makes me an agent who not only understands the area, the community and the housing market, I understand how to anticipate, listen to and respond to your needs.
